How Do Same Sex Couple Lodge Notice of Intended Marriage Paperwork?
Same sex couples lodge the Notice of intended Marriage the same way as we have always done, the forms have changed a little to cover same sex couples. I will ask if you are over 18 if you have you birth certificates or passports and rivers licenses. Can Our Friend Do Our Marriage Ceremony for Us?
In answer to your question I have done a wedding where their best friend and I worked together on the ceremony and he performed the ceremony for them, but I did the legal parts of the ceremony for the couple and of course all the paperwork as well.
