An awesome mix of grey, blue dust, purple, green leaf and dark red sets of a mysterious tone. Magical and truly inspirational, this styled shoot in Tuscany by Silvia Galora , planned by the Marthy’s vintage garden is a jewel waiting to be discovered. A pictorial style wedding that’s natural and calming, it conveys emotions within an ancient villa in the heart of Tuscany countryside.
Taking reference and inspiration from the Romantic period and paintings, the muted colours make you linger in each frame, trying to make sense of the mood. Since the moments before your wedding are so full of conflicting emotions, sometimes you would like to run away from all the chaos and the unknown, taking a shelter in an empty, safe place. This album depicts the haven that allows you moments of solitary.
With a chaotic mind , the bride often would often be hesitating on the edge, reading their beloved letter, playing with the lace of her dress and with flowers as she continues thinking about the right decision. With this ancient villa all to yourself, you can always take a slight time out and get yourself ready for the final moment down the aisle.
This villa was the summer residence of the Ginori family of Florence. Retaining the charm of that period, its frescoed walls are full of color ranging from red to blue Pompeian ash. Adding it with a beautiful flowerpiece from Chiara Sperti – Floral Events in creams, pink and purple, it seems that time has stopped, as in a Vermeer’s painting , in which fabrics are playing with the light, or in Caravaggio’s ones where the figures emerge from the shadows to tell you their story.
A soft filtered light delicately caresses everything in its path, from the velvet couch, to the French and tulle gown lace up the bouquet. Another item up the wedding inventory is a cake in beige. With rough swipes of icing and beautiful garlands of flowers beneath, this cakes is an addition that goes well with the whole theme.
