What happens when a talented team of wedding pros get together to create something gorgeous, colorful and all kinds of pretty? Consider me smitten on today’s styled shoot with its artistic attempt that blends the modern charms with vintage romance. Say hello to this dreamy style shoot at Rockwood Museum by Kayla Barker Fine Art Photography. And did I mention? The floral design by Sebesta Design was so eye catching together with the delicious looking dessert from Queen Bee Pastry. As the result? Stunning doesn’t even begin to describe it…
From Sebesta Design: “When Kayla contacted me to see if I was interested in collaborating on a photo shoot, I jumped at the chance. Her use of light and the way she captures color are wonderful and given that we are moving into fall, I thought we could really turn this shoot into something beautiful.”
“After talking awhile about what catches our eye, we decided the shoot needed to be eclectic, but sophisticated featuring organic textures with modern design elements. Because we were working in the Rockwood Museum’s Conservatory, we also needed to bring in elements to mesh the modern and the vintage. And the design emerged: a fall sunset color palette mixed rich modern metals and vintage mint toned furniture and tableware.”
And if you are just something similar with me you will simply fall in love on how this dreamy vibe is offset with this milky green calligraphic stationery designs by Written Word Calligraphy & Design.
Can we just pause for a second to appreciate the whimsical look created by Ruthie’s Eyes and Christy McCaffrey Hair Styling?
So much inspiring details and so much loveliness about this styled shoot that we sure do hope to see more in weddings. Lots of love to all of the wedding pros who were apart of bringing this shoot to life. And of course thank you to Kayla Barker Fine Art Photography for sharing it with us!
