The arms of love encompass you with your present, your past, your future and the arms of love gather you together. Here in the hearts of the Prairies in Canada, Michael J. Scott Productions brings us a lovely timeless piece of Sandra Hodzic and Chad Falk’s get together. Inspired by their previous Paris trip together the previous summer, they longed for a Parisian inspired wedding that’s personal, soft and timeless and here with the help of the super 8mm film, a vintage visual aesthetic that looks classy is delivered right from the start.
Lending to this overall classic tone were their chosen venues, including the Trappist Monastery ruins for the ceremony along with the Fort Garry Hotel for the reception. In this beautiful heritage park, we are brought to light by their officiant, Matthew Liebl that the simplest decision which seemed insignificant at that time can have the most powerful and lasting results. When Chad’s friend bailed out on him for his pal Paulo’s party, he was about to call quits. Nevertheless, he went for that day and the brief meeting he had with Sandra set the stage for their relationship and was what brought everyone together to witness this beautiful day.
As Chad’s love came softly upon Sandra’s heart, there it remained, waiting for her to recognise its strength and it is the same strength and passion that they share with one another till today that kept the fire burning in their relationship for six and a half years. Today they are here to tie the knot. Excited to take this new step, Sandra cannot imagine life without Chad, the most sincere, kind and selfless person she had ever met. For Chad, recent reflections caused him to wonder what good he has done is this world to deserve a woman like Sandra. Although not perfect, he never ceased to try being such in Sandra’s eyes because he loves her endlessly.
With a lovely line of bridesmaid in cream coloured dresses and best men in suits, the day started with a toast and more cheering, laughter as well as tears. Sandra wore a simple lace dress from Stella’s Bridal with a classy veil from Sara Gabriel. The bridal bouquet spotted the same cream and white that goes along with the bridal theme. When the ceremony ended, the reception at the Crystal Ballroom in Fort Garry Hotel became a place for guests to deliver their blessings. Favors were laid on the candy table, ranging from pine tree shaped cookies to Parisian macarons. Everyone dined and enjoyed the joyous moment while Sandra’s parents felt heartened to see her grown into a fully independent woman and building a family with Chad. Both Sandra and Chad’s parents wished them the best ahead, sending Sandra and Chad into loving smiles.
It is written that a happy marriage begins when people marry the one they love, and it blossoms when they love the one they married. Off to a good start,we wish Sandra and Chad a happy marriage that blossoms blissfully!
