“He who treads the path of love walks a thousand meters as if it were only one.”
— Japanese Proverb
For this pre wedding photo shoot, Rachel Lam and Kenneth Chan show their devote love to one another with something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue. In this old English saying, something old represents continuity of both love and life through an everlasting marriage. This gorgeous couple decided to go for a concept of something a little dark, old, and yet grand at Woodneuk House & Sembawang. With photography by Wilson from Androidsinboots, not a single shot goes uncaptured in this utterly romantic shoot.
With absolutely divine hair and make-up by Charmaine Tok, Rachel is truly a picture-perfect bride set among this venue that is almost a world of its own. Together with her stunning Truly Enamoured gown and lush bouquet, her entire look is one to be totally admired.
The rich and abundantly lush forestry surroundings create the most magnificent backdrop for these soft and romantic photos to be captured. With the abandoned mansion at their backs, Rachel and Kenneth sweep through the flora and fauna as if they are the lead roles in a passionate Hollywood film. The soft features of Rachel’s gown, combined with the overgrown landscape and her red and white bouquet all compliment one another in a way that creates simple and pure beauty.
