How to Communicate with the Videographers to make the Video in a Style that I Like?
-Our goal is to provide every Bride and Groom with an original, handcrafted product that they will be proud to gather family and friends around to recount their special day.
-We take great pride in our work and our number one focus is always to provide a relaxing, yet excellent experience again and again.
First off, it is important to make sure that you like the style that the videographer offers. Go to their website/blog, and view their recent films to see if you like their shooting and editing style. From there, you can discuss specific things you would like to see in your film such as events (speeches/vows/etc.), certain people to highlight, and specific shots that you like.
I like to ask my couples all of the above mentioned things, then figure out what type of feel they would like to have in their video. For example, do they want lots of energy and laughs, or would they prefer a slower pace and more emotional, etc. We provide a very handcrafted, custom approach to every film, and this might not be the case with some videographers, so ask up front if there is some flexibility with the film.
Happy wedding planning!
