A typical wedding is always associated with the color white, along with some pastels and dreamy colors. Being a little different, this wedding emphasizes on colors and vibrancy. Imagine having purple shoes to go with a white gown! As of today, the La Bride team is glad to feature Chris and Efua’s wedding, a wedding perfectly captured by Brian Di Croce. This wedding took place at the historic heritage, St. George Anglican Church, located at 1101 Stanley Street and the beautiful Montreal Science Center at King Edward Pier.
In cute stylish handwriting, a letter in a simple card is written to Chris. Soon, Chris gets ready for his big day by donning a white shirt over his casual tee and strap trousers. Efua meanwhile slips into her solid purple Nine West shoes, with a charming Vera Wang wedding gown.
Smiling as she opens her neon green polka dot gift bag, she found a card from Efua. A card, she can’t suppress her smiles reading it.
As they stand before the church ‘s pastor and the beautiful tinted glass in the arched hallways, they exchanged vows and is hereby proclaimed as husband and wife.
It was an extraordinary event as the unique African culture, which ruled the atmosphere that day, generated some of the most contagious shots of joy and laughs that our hearing has experienced. Besides that, the amazing food selection and preparation by the culinary geniuses of the Montreal Science Center more than satisfied everyone’s taste buds and sense of smell. Meanwhile hugs and dancing satiated the favorite sense of all-touch.
Indeed, this celebration uniting Efua and Chris in holy matrimony, witnessed by their closest friends and families, deserved to be celebrated with style and excitement from the get-go. Also, at a closer look, you can spot members of the bridal party, which have come from other countries specifically for their wedding. This makes us acknowledge how small, yet beautiful in diversity our world is. And most importantly was to realize that love has no boundary whatsoever. You can truly love a person even though you come from different roots and backgrounds.
